Garment Technician

Role Overview As a Garment Technician at Kidbea, your primary responsibility will be to oversee garment production, quality control, and ensure that high standards are met to deliver sustainable and high-quality kids' clothing. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. Key Responsibilities - Evaluate garment samples to ensure they meet technical specifications and fit requirements. - Visit production houses to check garment quality, fit, and construction. - Communicate with manufacturers and internal teams to address production or quality issues. - Perform size grading for various patterns to maintain brand fit standards. - Utilize CAD software to interpret and update garment patterns. - Assist in creating technical packs and maintaining accurate documentation. - Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Required - Proven experience in a similar garment technician role, preferably in kidswear or casualwear. - Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabrics. - Proficiency in CAD software. - Experience in size grading across different sizes and styles. - Willingness to travel for visits to production houses. - Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. - Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, or related field.
