Drive the C&A quality message in our materials supply chain through the application of their knowledge on material processes. To be the essential internal color business partner, representing the color team to deliver timely solutions to queries, support lab dip approvals and become the expert on color for that team, and industry best practices in order to achieve the C&A Brand requirements for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate lab dip submissions and ensure accurate and timely review and 1st bulk solid/piece dyed materials visually and/or digitally against standard and/or approved lab dip to the specified C&A color process. Investigate and solve all color process related enquiries and issues. Ensure that raw materials of the product comply with C&A requirements on quality, safety, test performance throughout C&A supply chain. Frequent supplier/mill visits and monitoring bulk fabric production consistency and troubleshoot where necessary. Establish C&A Fabric Technical Manual and all relevant SOPs throughout the supply chain. Investigate the root cause of quality non-conformity, implement action plan with supplier/mill and continue follow up to secure correct process and quality. Collaborate with suppliers/mills, quality team, Product Development and Design to identify and solve color approval issues. Involvement in fabric development process and provide technical support to achieve correct quality and secure test. Provide advice on process improvement when required.
