Job Description

we are lookig for a Gaming Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of 16 gaming stations (PS5 & Xbox)
Perform system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth play
Handle game requests & manage slot bookings (12 hours per session)
Maintain and track game titles, licenses, and schedules
Record usage data and issues in Excel
Ensure a seamless and engaging gaming experience for all users

Desired Candidate Profile:

15 years of experience in gaming lounges, console management, or tech operations
Knowledge of PS5/Xbox setup, updates, and troubleshooting
Organized, process-driven, and proactive with strong ownership
Good communication and interpersonal skills
