Job Summary: The Game Master is the face of the board games café experience. They are responsible for guiding guests through games, explaining rules clearly, ensuring smooth gameplay, and creating an engaging, welcoming environment. The Game Master encourages participation, assists in game selection, manages group dynamics, and ensures customers have a memorable, fun experience. The role combines customer interaction, event hosting, and admin work to maintain quality and consistency in operations.

Responsibilities:

● Welcome guests and introduce them to suitable games based on group size and interest.

● Manage and lead game session for players

● Explain game rules clearly and assist players during game play

● Track player progress and adjust game elements accordingly

● Encourage participation and ensure a lively positive environment

● Organize and lead events, tournaments and corporate gaming sessions

● Handle setup, organise and safe storage of all games

● Keep track of game inventory and report missing or damaged components

● Ensure cafe cleanliness, orderliness and adherence to safety standards

● Assist with billing, cash handling and daily sales entries

● Coordinate with kitchen, office and management teams for smooth operations

● Support in creating promotional ideas and event schedules Skill Requirements:
