As a Board Game Instructor & Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and engaging environment for guests by providing exceptional coffee experiences and facilitating entertaining board games. Your responsibilities will include: - **Barista Duties:** - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with high-quality standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf workspace and equipment. - Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. - Manage inventory and restock supplies as required. - Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. - **Board Game Instructor Duties:** - Welcome guests and introduce available board games. - Explain rules clearly and guide players through gameplay. - Recommend suitable games based on group size, age, and experience. - Facilitate tournaments or themed game nights. - Maintain and organize the board game collection ensuring pieces are intact and stored properly. To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience as a barista or in a customer-facing caf role. - Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for both classic and modern board games. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage guests of all ages and skill levels. - Comfort with multitasking and effective time management. - Previous experience in hospitality, cruise, or entertainment industry is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Barista certification or training. - Fluency in multiple languages. - Experience in event hosting or as a game master.
