Your enthusiasm for board games, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage guests of all ages and skill levels will be key to creating a fun and social environment. Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is required, and familiarity with the cruise or entertainment industry is a plus. Preferred skills include barista certification, fluency in multiple languages, and experience in event hosting or game mastering.
