5+ years Exp1 Year DurationSkills- JD Attached• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably in SaaS environments.• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Gainsight administration or support.• Strong understanding of customer success processes and data models.• Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and data integration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment).• Familiarity with Gainsight features like Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, and Reporting.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.• ITIL, Gainsight Admin Certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.#gainsight #gainsightdeveloper #contract #immediate
