About the Role

We are looking for motivated and passionate Apprentice Dental Doctors to join our dynamic dental teams across Germany. This apprenticeship program is designed to help internationally qualified dentists gain practical clinical experience, improve language and patient communication skills, and smoothly integrate into the German dental healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist senior dentists during dental procedures and treatments
✅ Learn and practice diagnostic methods and treatment planning✅ Perform basic dental procedures under supervision (e.g., prophylaxis, fillings)✅ Support in patient care, education, and consultation✅ Document patient histories, treatment plans, and procedures accurately✅ Learn to handle and maintain modern dental equipment✅ Participate in team meetings and professional training sessions✅ Continuously improve German language and dental terminology skills

Objective

The primary objective is to create a structured pipeline for Dental Doctors with 0 to 5 years of clinical experience—professionals who possess strong English communication skills and are genuinely motivated to advance their careers in Germany.

Commitment

To ensure the successful transition of selected candidates into the German healthcare system, we propose the following comprehensive support framework:

A. German Language Training

· Instruction up to B1 level, in accordance with Goethe-Institute standards or equivalent.

· Delivered by certified instructors experienced in medical and technical German.

B. Skill & Clinical Bridging Program

· Training focused on familiarization with the German dental healthcare system.

· Emphasis on protocols, instruments, hygiene standards, and documentation practices.

C. Cultural Integration & Workplace Readiness

· Orientation sessions on German work culture, professional ethics, and interpersonal communication.

· Life skills development to support smooth relocation and cultural assimilation.

D. Pre-Departure & Post-Arrival Support

· Assistance with visa applications, document translation, and travel preparation.

· On-ground support in Germany to ensure a seamless onboarding and settlement process.

3. Expectations from Your Organization

· Sharing a curated database of eligible Dental Doctors with 1–5 years of clinical experience.

· Verifying that candidates possess at least B1 level English proficiency and demonstrate a strong commitment to learning German and relocating internationally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
