• Expert knowledge in enterprise IT management and Software Development Lifecycle

• IT Infrastructure Management experience for Digital Workplace(PC, Mobile, VPN, M365, IT & Access Management, R&D workstations), Backend platform like Active Directory

• Supplier Management skill to create clear expectation, Scope of Work

• Knowledge of network architectures, configurations, protocols, and interfaces (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, switching, QoS, etc.)

• Knowledge of network connectivity for physical and virtualized servers and Storage Area Network (SAN)

• Basic knowledge of Cloud Design Patterns (e.g. Hybrid Cloud)

• Knowledge of High-Availability concepts to build robust computing systems

• Realization/implementation of IT solutions

• IT Security controls, technologies and patterns

• Project management and creative methods in agile environments (i.e. "design thinking", Scrum, etc.)

• Demand management, IT Service Delivery, ITIL Service Operation

• Enhanced English language skills (Japanese is nice to have)

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related field

• Bachelors or Masters Degree (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)

• More than 2+ years of Network Infra experience networking, data center and cloud platform like Azure/AWS/Google.

• Digital Workplace with Microsoft platform, M365, Windows, AD, Help Desk Management

• Cyber Security Management

• ITIL, PMP, Any Cloud Certification of Microsoft, CISCO

5-8 years of experience

• Overall IT platform owner in Fuso Tech Center India for IT Infrastructure and Cyber security in line with Head office IT in Japan

• Consults regarding existing IT services/components

• Performs technical feasibility checks for new proposed solutions

• Designs network, telecommunications and network security infrastructure concepts and solutions

• Defines operational concepts for new proposed solution

• Systems Engineering and operational support on 3rd Level with a focus on network infrastructure and software (assumed 1 st level, 2 nd level is outsourced).

• Analyses and specifies technical requirements for corporate IT infrastructure(WAN, LAN, Wireless, Digital Workplace, Cloud, Support Desk)

• Estimates and calculates costs depending on service-components

• Technical Capacity, Security, Performance monitoring and management

• Project Management

• IT Management, Budget, Architecture, Supplier management
