Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant who is highly skilled in working directly with business users, gathering feedback, coaching teams, and driving user adoption. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team. The ideal candidate not only understands Oracle Cloud SCM but also excels in training, guiding, and enabling business users to make informed decisions and effectively leverage the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for business users, building strong relationships across functional teams.
  • Conduct interactive workshops to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on guidance to end-users to ensure proper system adoption and understanding.
  • Capture user feedback, analyze business needs, and configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules accordingly.
  • Lead functional design and configuration for modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Planning.
  • Develop process flows, training documentation, and user guides tailored for business teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design.
  • Support SIT/UAT cycles, conduct user demos, gather feedback, and refine configurations as needed.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations for business processes and system performance.
  • Travel occasionally for onsite workshops, user training sessions, or key project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SCM functional consultant and 6+ yrs in Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to liaise with business users, run workshops, and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, and enabling business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise across Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing, Planning, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes including P2P, O2C, inventory management, and manufacturing flows.
  • Ability to capture user feedback and turn it into actionable system configurations or enhancements.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
