Job Description

Job Title: Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (OTL)

Location: Remote, India


Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and support activities for

    Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR,

  • Drive the full project life cycle: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
  • Configure and maintain:

  • Timecard layouts and time attributes

  • Time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies

  • Integrations with HCM

  • Develop and enhance:

  • Fast Formulas (FF)

    for time, payroll, and validations

  • Integrations with third-party applications

  • Reports and HCM Extracts

  • Manage

    security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility)
