We're an early stage pet-first housing, travel, and tech ecosystem and we need driven people to help us build the vision for a Pet First Nation.

All roles below are open to interns (full-time) or full-time positions, depending on experience and availability.

✔️1. Ops & Partnerships Lead

Title:

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage landlord, host, and service partners (vets, groomers, etc.)
• Run day-to-day operations of Furever Estate and Furr Seasons
• Support concierge flow and property listings
• Coordinate with founder on GTM goals

You Should Be:

• Strong in execution and people skills
• Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, Airtable, Canva
• Good at juggling priorities in an early-stage startup

✔️2. Social Media & Community Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content for a mix of channels
• Post IG stories, reels, and property spotlights
• Engage with DMs, comments, and inquiries
• Manage pet parent shoutouts and ambassador content

You Should Be:

Obsessed with pets, travel, and Instagram

Fluent in Canva, Reels, and storytelling

Willing to learn and build with a fast team

✔️3. No-Code Developer

Title:

Type:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rental/property listing pages (Webflow)
• Configure Airtable Pet ID DB & Concierge Forms
• Set up dashboards for admin & partner access

You Should Be:

Comfortable with no-code tools (Webflow, Airtable, Make/Zapier)

Have built MVPs or dashboards before

Self-directed with a design sensibility

✔️4. Founder’s Associate (Design + Ops Support)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in investor decks, playbooks, and onboarding kits

Research market, structure listings, create content blocks

Support internal operations and brand materials

You Should Be:

Versatile and design-friendly (Canva + Docs)

Fast, curious, and willing to wear many hats

Comfortable shadowing and executing alongside founder

✔️5. Concierge Coordinator

Title: Concierge Agent (Pet Travel & Rentals)

Type: Full-Time Intern or Shared Role

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to concierge booking requests

Assign service partners (drivers, hosts, groomers)

Track feedback + reviews

You Should Be:

Very organized and people-friendly

Familiar with booking or logistics coordination

Passionate about pets and service quality

✔️6. Pet Travel & Luxury Experience Curator

Key Responsibilities:

Curate premium pet-friendly travel experiences (weekend trips, holidays, city escapes)

Vet and onboard boutique stays, resorts, villas, and homestays

Work with hosts to package concierge offerings

Collaborate with social + content team to showcase curated escapes

You Should Be:

Passionate about pets, travel, and hospitality

Connected with boutique/luxury property owners

Able to research, negotiate, and curate great experiences

Bonus: Experience with Airbnb-style listings or premium concierge services
