Fundraising Manager

Role Overview: The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing SSF’s fundraising strategy, managing donor relationships, and driving revenue growth through individual, corporate, and institutional donors. This senior role requires leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build long-term sustainable donor engagement for SSF’s projects and programs. Key Responsibilities Fundraising & StrategyDevelop, plan, and execute fundraising strategies to achieve organizational targets. Identify new funding opportunities across individuals, HNIs, corporates (CSR), and institutions. Oversee cold calling, donor outreach, and ensure fundraising targets are met. Present and explain SSF’s projects and programs to donors effectively. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain updated donor databases. Organize donor meetings, presentations, and visits to showcase impact.
