Salary: 8 LPA to 12 LPA (based on past fundraising achievements and skills)

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies
• Manage donor relations and grant applications
• Lead fundraising events, campaigns, and donor outreach
• Build partnerships with corporates and donors
• Maintain accurate donor databases and reporting
• Train and guide fundraising volunteers
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, PR, or related field
• Certification in fundraising preferred
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing
• Strong proposal writing and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of donor management systems
