Fundraising Manager

The position is responsible for driving and implementing the strategy and management of the organizations development function, focusing on major donors, charitable trusts, corporate partnerships, institutional and grant funding. You will identify, establish, and nurture donor relationships for the company and build a more formal fundraising function as the organization grows. You will work directly with the Founder and the Executive Director to develop a clear fundraising strategy, including donations and support from individuals, corporations, and foundations globally. Responsibilities include defining avenues and approaches for funding, strategizing and planning yearly fundraising goals, collaborating with leadership in budgeting exercises, working with the communications team to develop publicity material for fundraising purposes, and providing input on communications and messaging for brochures, the website, etc. You will also work closely with the program team to prepare reports for grant proposals and conduct monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment. Being an articulate and engaging storyteller is essential to inspire donors to increase their support to the IC3 Institute. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors in any field - Work Experience: 5+ years of strong experience in nonprofit fundraising management, outreach, and expertise in CSR/Institutional funding. - Skills: Self-motivated, highly energetic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills, relationship management, and organizational skills.
