Job Role: CSR - Strategic Partnerships (Fundraising)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans aligned with the organization's goals and financial needs.
Identify and prioritize fundraising opportunities, including individual giving, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and special events.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, supporters, and key stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and events.
Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns and events, such as annual appeals, online giving campaigns, galas, and donor appreciation events.
Monitor fundraising performance against goals, budgets, and timelines, and analyze key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, board of directors, and donors, providing updates on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes.
