School Outreach Manager

The School Outreach Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive outreach strategies to target schools as potential customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and other school personnel through regular communication and networking. Collaborating with school leaders, you will understand their needs, challenges, and goals to position our products or services as valuable solutions. Your role will involve delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our offerings to schools. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure agreements with schools and achieve revenue targets is a key aspect of this role. You will also coordinate and participate in educational events, conferences, and workshops to raise awareness and generate leads. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of outreach and sales initiatives, analyzing metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results is crucial for success in this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The schedule involves a day shift with fixed hours, and additional bonuses such as performance bonus and yearly bonus may be provided based on achievements. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Edtech industry. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person at Gurgaon.
