As a Fundraiser at the foundation, your primary responsibility will involve identifying and engaging potential donors, formulating effective fundraising strategies, and organizing fundraising events. Your duties will extend to monitoring and documenting donations, nurturing donor relationships, and ensuring adherence to fundraising guidelines and laws. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in fundraising and event coordination, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in research, data analysis, marketing, public relations, and social media is crucial. A keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to work autonomously and remotely are essential. Familiarity with donor management software would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.,
