Roles and Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of CSR projects and programs. Coordinate with NGO partners, field teams, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of CSR activities. Prepare basic project reports, documentation, and photo/video documentation of field activities. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress on the ground. Maintain CSR data records and update internal tracking systems regularly. Support in organizing CSR events, awareness programs, and volunteer engagement drives. Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders for project alignment. Ensure compliance with CSR policies and prepare documentation for audit or board reporting. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO, or social development sector. Basic knowledge of CSR rules under Companies Act, 2013 is a plus. Good communication skills in English and local language. Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Passion for social impact and working with communities.
Make outbound calls to individuals, corporates, and potential supporters. Explain the mission, programs, and impact stories of the NGO clearly and persuasively. Encourage and motivate individuals to contribute donations. Maintain accurate call logs and donor details. Follow up with donors to thank them and update them on project outcomes. Work towards achieving monthly fundraising targets. Represent the NGO in a positive and respectful manner at all times. Collaborate with the fundraising team for campaign planning and improvement.
