Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage and coordinate the end-to-end funding activities of the company, including arranging project finance, term loans, working capital, and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure timely availability of funds for business operations and project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and arrange funding options for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, CMA data, and financial projections for loan proposals.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for project funding, term loans, overdrafts, and working capital facilities.
Ensure timely disbursement of funds and compliance with all loan covenants and documentation requirements.
Manage existing loan portfolios, including renewals, interest payments, and repayment schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders to negotiate favorable terms and interest rates.
Monitor fund utilization and ensure optimal allocation across projects.
Prepare MIS reports on funding status, debt position, and interest cost analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to funding activities.
Support the finance team in cash flow planning and liquidity management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of project funding, banking operations, and financial documentation.
Excellent understanding of financial ratios, loan structuring, and debt instruments.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
