Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Direct
the preparation and review of
quarterly property and fund financial statements
, including all GAAP adjustments.
Manage the precise calculation of
Net Asset Value (NAV)
, Internal Rates of Return (IRR), and all carried interest/management fees.
Oversee investor-facing activities like
capital calls, distributions
, and client allocation reporting.
Serve as the
primary liaison
for audits, ensuring accurate financial data flow to auditors and senior leadership.
Lead, develop, and mentor
a team of 10 professionals while ensuring the timely completion of critical financial reports.
