Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fund Accounting professional with 1-10 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Financial Accounting, Capital Markets, Banking, Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Capital Markets, Banking, Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds.
Experience in preparing financial statements, audit reports, and investor reporting.
Understanding of accounting principles, including capital calls and distribution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Education: MBA/CA.
