Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements and regulatory reports such as Balance Sheet, PnL, Schedule of Investment, cash flows, and Notes to the accounts following applicable GAAP standards. - Act as a subject matter expert for the team and ensure compliance with US GAAPs, IFRS, Lux GAAPs, and Irish GAAPs. - Assist seniors with performance data, update trackers and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conduct process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Drive process initiatives for continuous quality improvement, provide process training to new team members, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Demonstrate good teamwork, quick learning ability, and willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours as per process requirements. Qualification Required: - 4-6 years of experience in Fund accounting/Financial Reporting for hedge funds or mutual funds with knowledge of capital markets and good accounting skills. - Sound understanding of derivatives, equities, and fixed income securities along with experience in N-PORT/NMFP/NCEN filing and preparation of financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, and Irish GAAP. - Previous experience in BPO/captive on capital markets back office processes and expertise in Middle Office Processing, Financial Reporting, and Fund accounting. - Education: B.Com, M.Com, Postgraduate Degree majorly in Accounting or Finance from a recognized business institute/university. Professional qualifications like CA, CFA, and CPA are advantageous. - Skills: Excellent communication, domain knowledge, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
