Job Description

Role Overview: You will work in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other Shared Services/COEs, outsource partners, Client Operations, and other business units as needed. Your main responsibility will be to ensure seamless processing according to the funds policies, to ensure NAV/yield accuracy, and to meet all SLAs. As a Senior Associate, you will manage the day-to-day activities of a functional/oversight team, monitor, review, and validate all daily activity for accuracy and timeliness, and ensure adherence to controls. You will provide timely and accurate management reporting, research and resolve exceptions and issues, and escalate unresolved issues to management as required. Additionally, you will reconcile and resolve discrepancies with other Shared Service teams, external clients, and Client Operations, ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner, and communicate effectively with clients when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day activities of a functional/oversight team - Provide timely and accurate management reporting - Research and resolve exceptions and issues - Escalate unresolved issues to management - Reconcile and resolve discrepancies with other Shared Service teams, external clients, and Client Operations - Ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner - Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties - Oversee the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures - Assist with workflow management and technology enhancement - Participate in projects and prepare information for various projects/special requests - Provide staffing recommendations, interview new personnel, and complete performance appraisals - Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff - Make recommendations for hiring, discipline, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses - Identify unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report/escalate accordingly - Perform duties of Associates if required and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of financial services and investment products - Excellent Communication Skills - Problem Solving & Analytical Skills - Ability to work on MS Office (Excel, Word, and PPT) - Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred - 7+ years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred - Comfortable working in North America Shifts *Note: No additional details about the company were found in the job description.,
