Job Description

Job Title:

Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities

First/second level functional support for Hiportfolio & pControl.
Act as POC for
functional queries from business and clients
.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NAV, pricing, and reconciliation.
Perform
incident, request, change, and problem management
.
Assist with
client onboarding, account setup, and user training
.
Contribute to
training documentation, product improvement, and vendor calls
.
Maintain application health through
log reviews and proactive issue resolution
.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
2 years of experience in fund accounting / BFSI operations
.
Strong knowledge of
fund accounting products and processes
.
Good understanding of
financial instruments
(equities, derivatives, bonds, MM, etc.).
Experience with
SQL Server / PL SQL
for analysis and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in
NAV calculations, unit pricing, reconciliation, and market data sources
(Bloomberg, Reuters).
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred

ITIL Foundation Certification.
Background in
Capital Markets / Fund Administration
.
Bachelors degree (Computer Science preferred).
