Role & responsibilities

Exp: 7 to 12 Yrs

Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS)
- especially Sales & Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping Execution, Planning, and Advanced Pricing.
Hands on experience in Logistics processes
- Picking, Shipping, Cycle Counting & Receiving.
Ticket handling and production support expertise
- incident management, problem management & service request resolution.
Preparation of functional documentation (MD050/MD060), test cases & training materials.
Excellent communication & coordination skills
- ability to work with business users, warehouse teams, technical consultants & global teams.
