Role Overview: You are sought after to be a Functional Lead for Inventory Management, Stock Maintenance, and Field Services in an Electronics Service Centers, focusing on .NET Project Implementation. Your main responsibility will be to design and implement tailored solutions for electronics service centers, ensuring efficient processes, resource management, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for inventory management, stock maintenance, and field service operations. - Lead the design and implementation of .NET-based solutions for electronics service centers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Develop and optimize workflows for inventory control, parts tracking, repair orders, and field service management. - Identify inefficiencies and propose best practices to improve inventory and field service logistics. - Lead system integration and testing within the .NET framework. - Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support for inventory and field service systems post-implementation. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in inventory management, stock maintenance, and field service operations, preferably for electronics service centers. - Proven expertise in .NET project implementations, including functional design and system integration. - Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, serialized stock tracking, and part lifecycle management. - Familiarity with field service workflows, resource scheduling, and SLA management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in databases (e.g., SQL Server) and API integrations for inventory and field service systems.
