Functional Consultant

As an Odoo Functional Consultant at PromptTech, you will play a crucial role in working with clients, prioritizing their requirements, and ensuring smooth communication and implementation within the Odoo platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Prioritising requirements from clients and translating them effectively. - Discovering, organizing, and clarifying business needs for change specifications. - Utilising your experience as an Odoo Functional expert and analyst. - Conducting business process modeling and creating scenarios for technology functionality testing team. - Staying updated on the latest process and IT advancements for system automation. - Creating and delivering presentations to stakeholders. - Documenting and communicating results clearly. - Communicating insights and plans effectively to team members and management. - Conducting user acceptance testing. - Managing projects, developing plans, and monitoring performance. - Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures based on business needs. - Prioritizing initiatives to meet business requirements. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of Odoo modules. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficient in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of total work experience, with a preference for prior experience in a similar role.
