About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with strong experience in LoadRunner and JMeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across web applications, APIs, and microservices. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct performance testing for web applications and APIs using LoadRunner and JMeter
Identify response time metrics, thresholds, performance breakdown, and bottlenecks
Create performance test frameworks, develop test scripts, and execute test scenarios
Analyze performance results using monitoring and diagnostic tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
Apply Agile methodologies in performance testing cycles
Perform non-functional testing including load, stress, volume, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration, and back-out testing
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders

Required Skill Set

Hands-on experience in LoadRunner and JMeter
Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, bottleneck analysis, and tuning
Experience testing microservices and APIs
Ability to independently drive end-to-end performance testing
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with performance analysis tools and debugging techniques
Familiarity with Agile processes
