Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Next JS, React JS, Javascript, Java, Python. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with our product and design teams to create scalable, efficient, and robust web applications. You should be flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Next JS, React JS, Java and Python.
Design, implement, and manage databases using PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Familiarity with AWS or equivalent with cloud platforms.
Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting and upgrading existing applications.
Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and deadlines.
Participate in agile software development practices such as daily standups and sprint planning.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Proficiency in Next JS, React JS, Java / Python.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and database design.
Experience with AWS DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with other backend technologies and frameworks.
