Fullstack Engineer

As a forward-thinking full stack engineer, you will be joining a leading name in the food and beverage market with 500+ stores across the world. Your focus will be on producing customer-facing web and app experiences by designing, building, and maintaining front-end and back-end systems. You will work in a team that values continuous learning, collaboration, and technical innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop scalable and performant web applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for API development. - Implement best practices, design patterns, and coding standards in the product. - Advocate a culture of quality and innovation, following Extreme Programming ways of working. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile processes, and conduct code reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in front-end and back-end systems, including internal and third-party systems, using strong debugging skills. - Utilize experience working on cloud platforms, with knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) considered an advantage. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate their impact on the product roadmap and development processes. - Drive continuous improvement, performance optimization, and security throughout the development lifecycle. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript for front-end, and Node.js for back-end development. - Ability to make technical decisions that guide the team towards solutions implementing standard methodologies for maintainable products. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor other engineers. - Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, or E-commerce industries is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Passion for automation tested code and setting high standards for code quality. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change through innovation and collaboration.,
