Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN Stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Deploy applications and ensure performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Experience with Git, version control, and deployment workflows.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
