Key Responsibilities

• Edit

  property walkthroughs, reels, shorts, and branding content

• Add captions, music, logos, transitions, and animations to enhance videos
• Repurpose long-form content into

  short-form, social-first formats

• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver

  weekly video schedules

• Consistently deliver

  15–20 edited videos per week

  (mix of reels, shorts, and walkthroughs)

Requirements

• Minimum

  1–2 years

  of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in

  CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools

• Strong grasp of

  short-form video trends, storytelling & formatting

• Fluent in

  English

  (for captions, subtitles, and minor voice edits)
• Highly reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Real estate or interior-focused editing experience
• Basic graphic design or

  thumbnail creation skills

• Experience creating content for

  Canadian/US audiences

Qualifying Process

To be considered, applicants must complete the following steps:

Portfolio Submission

• Share

  2–3 short-form video samples

  (preferably reels, TikToks, or property-related edits).

Test Assignment

• We will provide

  raw footage

  .
• Create a

  40–60 second video

  that’s engaging, visually fun, and optimized for social media.
• Add music, captions, transitions, and include your suggested caption text for posting.

Interview

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a

  virtual interview

  to discuss workflow, creativity, and timelines.

Final Selection

• Based on

  editing quality, creativity, communication, and reliability
