Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented, design-savvy Production Artist / Graphic Designer to join our remote creative team. You'll work on high-impact publications across print and digital formats , including program books, marketing collateral, and ad placements. We’ve built our legacy in the performing arts , and are now expanding into museums, conferences, sports, and advocacy . If you're passionate about pixel-perfect layouts, structured design systems, and creative consistency, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design and produce visually cohesive print and digital publications. Format print and digital ads following best practices in typography, layout, and branding. Handle full mechanical prep for press and digital: pre-flighting, asset linking, font embedding, and export. Collaborate with internal team members to translate creative ideas into production-ready layouts. Maintain design quality through established style guides and layout rules. Organize files, manage asset consistency, and ensure timely project delivery. Contribute to digital-first publications deployed via Audience Access, our mobile publishing platform. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Strong knowledge of pagination, print production, and digital layout principles High attention to detail and commitment to layout precision Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely Experience with publication design, ad production, or layout-heavy deliverables Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Acrobat for press prep Familiarity with Adobe XD for digital prototyping Background working with clients in performing arts, museums, events, or advocacy sectors Why You'll Love Working With Us: Flexible hours: Set your own schedule Creative variety: Projects span diverse industries and formats High visibility: Your work reaches thousands across North America Streamlined communication: No unnecessary meetings — just clear briefs and great design Impactful storytelling: Help shape the voice and identity of institutions through thoughtful design What We Offer Health Insurance: We provide medical coverage up to 20 lakh per annum, which covers you, your spouse, and a set of parents.
