Location: Remote or Bangalore(On-site) Experience Required: 2–5 Years We're on a mission to build next-gen AI products that actually work in the real world. If you’ve ever wanted to work on AI apps that people outside of Hacker News use and love — read on. We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and hands-on AI Application Developer to help us build autonomous agent-based apps at scale. This isn’t a research lab gig — this is production. You’ll ship high-impact LLM applications, shape intelligent agent architectures, and get to push the boundaries of LangGraph, RAG, embeddings, and more. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Build and ship real-world AI applications — not just POCs. Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with multi-vector and hybrid search. Craft fast, token-efficient systems with smart response caching and optimization. Build autonomous agents with LangGraph and agentic frameworks. Experiment with contextual compression, multi-agent systems, and advanced embedding techniques. Work closely with product, design, and DevOps to turn crazy ideas into powerful features. Own your code, debug like a boss, and help raise the bar for the whole team. 🧠 What You Bring Exposure in building production grade LLM apps 3–5 years of full-stack or backend development experience. Experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks (this is non-negotiable ). ✅ Must-Have Skills Built production-grade apps with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Deep knowledge of LangGraph or similar tools for autonomous agent development . Solid experience with RAG systems (hybrid search, vector DBs, contextual compression). Prompt engineering and vector optimization wizardry. Performance tuning — you care about tokens, latency, and scaling. 🌟 Bonus Points Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infra (Azure preferred). NoSQL, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB chops. API-first mindset, CI/CD fluency, agile culture fit. Strong debugging, communication, and curiosity. 🚫 No Freshers. No Interns. LangGraph/Langchain experience is a must. If you're new to this space, this isn’t the right role (yet). We love learners — just not for this position. Show more Show less
