Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Faculty role, located in Navi Mumbai. The Faculty member will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and skills. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering lessons, evaluating student performance, organizing workshops and seminars, and collaborating with other educators to ensure a comprehensive and impactful curriculum. Additionally, the role involves supporting students with projects, research, and business plans to nurture their entrepreneurial aspirations.

Qualifications

• Excellent teaching, mentorship, and facilitation skills
• Strong expertise in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Business Development
• Ability to create, organize, and deliver engaging educational content and curricula
• Proficiency in mentoring students on research, project management, and business strategy
• Experience in collaboration, leadership, and encouraging creativity and critical thinking
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, education, or academic settings is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
