Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Full Stack WordPress Developer located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Full Stack WordPress Developer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. Daily tasks include ensuring high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS, and collaborating with design and editorial teams to ensure a web presence that is visually appealing and user-friendly.

Education: BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent

Experience: Min 1 year to Max 4 years

Requirement: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes based on project requirements.
• Build responsive and user-friendly websites with clean, efficient code.
• Integrate plugins and third-party APIs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues related to functionality, speed, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
• Ensure website SEO best practices are followed.
• Optimize website performance, including loading times and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and CSS
• Strong skills in Software Development
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience with WordPress development is highly desirable
• good understanding on PHP, Java, HTML5, CSS3 and Apis
• Basic understanding of MySQL database management
• knowledge of web3.0, digital analytics and technologies
• understaning on core web vitals and google search console
