We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in modern web development.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WordPress, React, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of front-end and backend technologies.You should be fluent in English, capable of leading a small team, and passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React, Node.js, WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Customize, optimize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and manage backend logic with Node.js.
Lead and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring clean code practices and timely project delivery.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and clients to deliver responsive, high-performance web experiences.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices in all web applications.
Stay updated with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
Advanced knowledge of WordPress (custom theme and plugin development).
Experience in backend development using Node.js, Express.js, or PHP.
Solid understanding of MySQL or other databases.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small development team.
