The role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while contributing to performance and scalability improvements across ongoing projects.  Key Responsibilities  Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js Design, manage, and optimize websites with focus on SEO and performance Build backend APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred) Work with SQL and NoSQL databases Deploy and manage applications on VPS environments Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines Use Docker for containerization and deployment Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing projects  Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in web application development Strong experience with Next.js Good understanding of website optimization and SEO Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Proficiency in Python with FastAPI experience Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Experience deploying applications on VPS servers  Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean / Azure) Knowledge of security best practices Experience in performance optimization and monitoring tools
