Job Description – Full Stack Lead (React.js + Node.js)

Position: Full Stack Tech Lead
Experience: 6–10 Years (minimum 2 years in a lead role)
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Lead with expertise in React.js and Node.js to lead our development team. The role involves building scalable web applications, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using React.js and Node.js.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and designers to deliver effective solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Implement REST APIs / GraphQL and integrate with front-end components.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6–10 years of development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
Proficiency in Node.js with Express.js/NestJS frameworks.
Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

Experience with TypeScript (both frontend & backend).
Familiarity with WebSockets, Redis, or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹319,563.06 - ₹1,497,491.79 per year
