About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer Lead with 7+ years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, contribute hands-on to both frontend and backend development, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications (frontend, backend, and database).

Architect, design, and implement solutions ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps) for requirement gathering and timely delivery.

Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and processes for continuous improvement.

Ensure smooth integration of APIs, third-party services, and microservices.

Oversee deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting environments.

Stay updated with industry trends, bringing innovation and efficiency to projects.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.

Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET (depending on stack).

Database: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

APIs: RESTful services, GraphQL, Microservices architecture.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, and scalable architecture.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Proven experience leading a development team or technical squad.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing.

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
