Full Stack Python Developer

You are expanding your IP and technology expertise with a dedicated software division focused on intelligent applications and automation. The goal is to build dashboards, custom AI agents, and AI-driven platforms to revolutionize the way Clients and Internal Users access, process, and utilize data-driven insights. **Role Overview:** - Design and develop interactive applications, AI-backed dashboards, and customized AI agents for specific business use cases. - Integrate AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, Rasa, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.) into production-grade applications. - Build scalable APIs and backend services to support frontend and AI functionalities. - Ensure seamless data integration and flow between frontend, backend, and AI systems. - Apply data analytics techniques to extract actionable insights, visualize trends, and improve AI-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with business teams to understand client-facing needs and translate them into functional applications. - Optimize applications for high performance, scalability, and security. - Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, and best practices. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 4-10 years of experience in full-stack development and/or AI/ML application development. - Proficiency in Python (preferred), and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React, or Next.js). - Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue). - Hands-on experience with AI bot frameworks (Rasa, LangChain, Haystack, Dialogflow). - Familiarity with NLP, LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Anthropic), and integrating them into applications. - Strong knowledge of Data Analytics - data processing, visualization, and reporting (Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, Power BI, or Tableau). - Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). **Bonus Skills:** - Experience in building SaaS, RaaS (Research-as-a-Service), dashboards, or enterprise-grade applications. - UI/UX design capabilities for intuitive AI and data-driven applications. - Understanding of IP/legal domain data (preferred but not mandatory).
