Full Stack Node.js and React.js Developer

Project Overview

Join our AI Bot development team focused on building a scenario-based training

platform for contact center agents. The system delivers mock call simulations, AI-driven

feedback, and supervisor dashboards. You’ll work with Node.js for backend

orchestration and Redact.js for frontend redaction and annotation.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop backend services using Node.js, including API orchestration and

integration with AI/ML services.

 Implement frontend redaction features using Redact.js, integrated into React.js

dashboards.

 Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to embed intelligent feedback and behavioral

analysis.

 Build secure, multi-tenant systems with role-based access control (RLS).

 Optimize performance for real-time audio analysis and transcript synchronization.

 Participate in agile grooming sessions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills

 4+ years of experience in Node.js development.

 Experience with Redact.js or similar annotation/redaction libraries.

 Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, React.js, and Material-UI.

 Familiarity with Azure services, SQL, and authentication protocols (SSO,

JWT).

 Experience with secure session management and data protection standards.

Preferred Qualifications

 Exposure to AI/ML workflows and Python-based services.

 Experience with Livekit or similar real-time communication platforms.

 Familiarity with Power BI and accessibility standards (WCGA).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹433,972.49 - ₹1,652,457.32 per year
