Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Engineer with deep expertise in

Python, GCP

, and

Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops)

. This is a

Tech Anchor role

requiring strong ownership and end-to-end deployment capabilities across both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform, particularly for machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development and end-to-end deployment of ML Ops solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Develop robust backend services and integrate them with front-end components
• Architect, build, and manage pipelines for ML workflows
• Drive best practices in DevOps, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to productionize ML models
• Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Play a key technical leadership role as the Tech Anchor for the team
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on Python programming experience
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end GCP deployments, including ML Ops
• Exposure to both front-end and back-end components
• Deep understanding of machine learning operations, cloud automation, and CI/CD for ML pipelines
  

Experience Required

• Minimum 7+ years in software development
• At least 5 years of direct experience deploying ML workflows on GCP
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
