Role Description – Full Stack Freelancer

Ditansource is seeking a skilled Full Stack Freelancer to support the development and continuous improvement of our freelancing platform. This remote role involves working on both front-end and back-end development, optimizing platform performance, and contributing to a scalable, intuitive user experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of key development tasks that drive the platform forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into the platform
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (front-end and back-end)
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues
• Participate in product planning and feature discussions
• Ensure security, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js or similar)
• Strong back-end knowledge (Node.js, Express, Django, or similar frameworks)
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Bonus: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Firebase) and DevOps tools
