Job Description

Full-Stack Engineering Lead

Full-Stack Engineering Lead


What you’ll bring:


  • 10+ years in full-cycle software development
  • 3+ years in a Tech Lead role
  • Designed and developed at least two applications from scratch
  • Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js
  • Strong with MongoDB (NoSQL), SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • AWS skills: Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway
  • Front-end expertise: React, React Native
  • Agile/Scrum experience with sprint planning & product feature management
  • Proven experience managing developers, architecture, and code reviews


Nice to have:


  • AWS Certification
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices
  • Python with Java or .NET background
  • DevOps/SRE practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring)
  • Serverless development on AWS or Azure Functions
