About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 0–2 years of hands-on experience to help us build both our mobile app and web platform. You’ll be working in a startup environment where flexibility, problem-solving, and initiative are key.

You should also be open to mentoring junior developers/freshers, guiding them with best practices, and helping foster a culture of learning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native (experience here is a plus).
• Develop web applications using React.js,  Next.js.
• Contribute to backend services using Node.js (Having experience in Python is a plus).
• Work closely with designers, product owners, and other developers in a startup team environment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Review code, mentor junior developers/freshers, and provide constructive feedback.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize apps for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js.
• Experience (or strong interest) in React Native for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks like Node.js (Python/Django/Flask is a plus).
• Understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Willingness to mentor and guide junior developers/freshers.

Nice To Have

• Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing and CI/CD tools.
• Strong interest in startup culture and scaling products.
