About the Role We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 0–2 years of hands-on experience to help us build both our mobile app and web platform. You’ll be working in a startup environment where flexibility, problem-solving, and initiative are key. You should also be open to mentoring junior developers/freshers, guiding them with best practices, and helping foster a culture of learning. Responsibilities Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native (experience here is a plus). Develop web applications using React.js , Next.js. Contribute to backend services using Node.js (Having experience in Python is a plus). Work closely with designers, product owners, and other developers in a startup team environment. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Review code, mentor junior developers/freshers, and provide constructive feedback. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize apps for performance and scalability. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in software development. Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript. Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js. Experience (or strong interest) in React Native for mobile apps. Familiarity with backend frameworks like Node.js (Python/Django/Flask is a plus). Understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with Git and collaborative workflows. Willingness to mentor and guide junior developers/freshers. Nice To Have Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.). Familiarity with testing and CI/CD tools.
