Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and self-driven Full Stack Engineers to join our remote development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable front-end and backend systems with a strong focus on API development. You should have a solid grasp of modern frameworks, software architecture, and best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end components and backend APIs.
• Architect and document services, environments, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Deliver complex, high-quality features and solutions with minimal supervision.
• Conduct and participate in design/code reviews and contribute to shared best practices.
• Own the complete development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Write scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with industry standards.
• Implement testing strategies including unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and reusable design patterns.
• Provide support and guidance on product functionality and technical challenges.
• Champion code reliability by leading the development of comprehensive unit tests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend frameworks: Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with unit testing tools like Jest, Mocha, PyTest, or JUnit.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and deployment tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
