Full Stack Engineer

2–4 years | MERN + TypeScript | Full-Time (Goa)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer with strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. The role involves building scalable web applications using the MERN stack with TypeScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack with TypeScript.
Translate business and product requirements into technical implementations.
Design scalable, secure, and efficient system architecture.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.
Integrate APIs and third-party tools where needed.
Maintain strong code quality through testing, documentation, and reviews.
Research and propose improvements in technology, performance, and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of full-stack development experience with the MERN stack.
Strong expertise in MERN and TypeScript.
Proficiency with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, etc.) is a plus.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
